Katie Baer / Co-Founder & Director of Events
Katie Baer is an experienced event planner and executive director. With a B. Arts in Interior Design from Kent State University and a Masters in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Temple University, Katie combines her love of design with her innate ability to plan. Over the past 10 years Katie has worked on an array of projects in scale and scope including outdoor music and wine festivals, corporate learning events, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, and the Philadelphia Flower Show. She serves as the Executive Director of Entrepreneurs' Organization of Philadelphia and regularly teaches a certificate course on event planning at Temple University.

Brad Baer / Co-Founder & Director of Design
An architect, designer, and entrepreneur, Brad Baer brings a wealth of skills and a passion for compelling spaces. Brad received a M.Arch from Yale and a B.Arch from Iowa State. He is Director of Strategy at Bluecadet and previously worked for award-winning architecture firms KieranTimberlake, Pelli Clarke Pelli, and HNTB Sport. While at Yale, he co-founded Zokos - a company which helped students crowd-fund events and was featured in Forbes, Mashable, and Time. Brad has served as an Adjunct Professor at Temple University, where he created a new course on Design & Entrepreneurship and has been a visiting critic at Princeton, Syracuse, Indiana, & Michigan State.
